  • Present your smartphone voucher to the guide at the meeting point, outside Starbucks
  • For the guided tour: make sure to be at the meeting point by 09:30 - latecomers won't be waited for
  • For audio guide only tickets: The audio guide and ferry tickets will be sent 24 hours in advance for download. The activity can be carried out between 8:30 AM and 1:00 PM, although 9:30 AM is recommended.
