  • Tickets will be sent 2 weeks before the performance date/time. If you purchase tickets for a show date within the next 14 days, you will receive your tickets via email within the next 30 minutes
  • Show your ticket at the Ambassador Theatre (219 W 49th St, New York, NY 10019) entrance for the time and date of your show
  • Doors open 30 minutes before showtime, but there may be a wait to enter the theater due to the security check. Please give your group plenty of time to get to the theatre and find their seats
  • Latecomers will be accommodated during the first appropriate break in the performance before the show starts
