New York State law requires that all children be secured in an appropriate child restraint system while traveling in a motor vehicle until they reach the age of 8, and all children under the age of 2 must travel in a rear-facing safety seat
The Tour provider does not provide these restraint systems, you are responsible for providing them to ensure the safety of your children. If you do not provide the appropriate child restraint system, you will not be able to participate in the activity, and no refund will be issued
Instructions
- Show your smartphone ticket to the driver at the Renaissance New York Times Square Hotel, on 7th Avenue, between 47th and 48th Streets
- Departure is at 05:00, please make sure to be on time, latecomers can't be waited for
- You'll be back at the Times Square at around 22:00-22:30
